BRUCE H. CONLEY passed away Saturday, September 11, 2010 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Bruce finished the race and claimed the promises of his Savior to whom he long ago gave his heart and who guided and sustained Bruce through all of his life. He has fought the good fight, he has finished the race.

Our mission is to provide and coordinate community mental health and human service programs in rural Western Kane County by understanding community needs, creating systems of support, and collaborating with other community and faith-based partners.


Conley Outreach Community Services (COCS) is a 501c(3) not-for-profit organization devoted to
"Caring for the Heart of Community".

In the past year Conley Outreach has touched over 1,875 lives in our community:
  • Nearly 475 families were linked to over 85 health and human services providers through the West Towns Network.
  • Almost 500 Conley Care Bears were distributed to grieving children.
  • More than 125 adults, teens and children attended support groups, Good Grief Day Camp or other grief events.
  • 90 families received financial help through one of our 3 benevolence programs:
    • the Good Samaritan Fund
    • Holiday Spirit
    • and our local Salvation Army fund.
    • Over $22,460 was distributed to needy neighbors.
  • Over 400 people received on-site grief assistance or training.
  • 145 volunteers provided over 600 hours of community service through the Community Care Team.
  • 140 Kaneland district Early Childhood students, parents and siblings received support and training through the Family Nurturing Program.
    214 hours of support and training through the Family Nurturing Program.
